Mine always passed with my secondary oxygen sensors turned off through my tune. I would assume yours would pass just fine

Ah gotcha. Honestly I don't see why it wouldn't work. Who tuned it?

Well not sure what the inspection requirements are in your state. As far as the computer is concerned, as long as there are no DTCs you should be fine there. It should also pass a sniffer no problem if you have functioning cats and a visual will not be a problem almost 100% of the time even if stuff is removed (beside the cats).

Well just make damn sure your shop doesn't do a visual or doesn't have a new guy or isn't getting inspected themselves when you roll in (it happens). But you should def be fine if you aren't throwing any codes and can pass a sniffer if you have one.

Ours is almost as good for OBD2 cars. Simple DTC scan, visual for cats and gas cap pressure test. Inspection is free and good for 2 years. Having an OBD1 car is a PITA though because they put it on a dyno and sniff check it. Although in 5 years even the youngest OBD1 Mustang will be able to get historic plates and not get inspected anyway. At least in NJ where its 25 years.
