Randomly shutting off

My brother jst got an 04 GT with long tubes throttle body and tuner. Anyway. While driving around it randomly shut down. Any idea or reason why it's doing that?

Does it like sputter or chug before 'shutting down' or does it just shut off out of no where?

Any time you get above 40, left off the gas and coast. It's spit and sputter then die. We re placed the IAC. but now it have really high hanging RMPs

Did you disconnect the battery so that the PCM can relearn the idle?

We disconnected the battery. Changed IAC. Still stalls. It is a motorcraft IAC too. What else could it be? When you get off the gas after getting above 50mph. You can watch your RMPs spit and sputter until it dies. Starts right up again tho. You can keep it from stalling by biping the throttle until you put it back in gear or slow to under 50. Mass air flow? Or could it be a fuel problem?

If it is the TPS, there should be a trouble code. Even if the CEL is not lit, there still can be a pending code. So check that first.
What brand throttle body is on the car?

No codes are thrown. It's the stock throttle body. And what's CEL?
