2002 Mustang GT 2v to 4v

I have found a 1997 Lincoln Mark Viii motor Teksid block with 75000 miles, comes 96-98 cobra intake. My 02 4.6l 2v has spun bearing and I was looking for the 32vNomad write up and couldn't find it. Is this worth it the work and does anyone know where that write up is from 32vNomad? With the weight decrease and hopefully power increase, is there an advantage? I have all the tools and have pulled, replaced and rebuilt the 2v's.

Yes!
It is a very good swap! Especially for a do-it-yourselfer!
I'm building a NA Teksid for my car almost solely for the weight reduction.

I haven't seen 32v's write-up in a while. They moved all of that stuff around but it may be in the DIY/Technical forum, so search around in there.
Our most recent 2v to 4v swap expert is Rougestang. He just completed his and the thread is located in this forum.

Hoping I can get a deal on this because replacing two Manley Rods, balancing, gaskets, etc. is about what i'm going to spend doing the swap is kinda what I'm looking at. The spun bearing was my fault, lead time for cranks for a 2v was forever and I didn't want to wait, worked for a while but not on cold oil on a 2nd gear shift with NO tire scratch.. My Fault, never should of used that crank. Thanks, straybullit Hope I got that right.
