New 97 mustang

So i just bought this 97 mustang gt with 85k miles on it for 4k cash. Only had to replace a few things. Like the brake lines and some other random little things.

Just hit the "+" on the bottom left when your in the screen to type a comment. Then it goes to another screen, then hit your menu button on the bottom right of the screen (if android). Then a box should come up and you will see "attach picture". You have to Also have some sort of message with the picture for it to go over. Maybe this will help??

I think 96-98s can look decent when done tastefully. When not done tastefully they look real bad, REALLY BAD!!

$4k for a stock car with 85k miles on it, that's a good ****ing deal. I love the 94-98 body style. I would have gone with the DEPO headlights tho... most ppl don't know about them unfortunately. They let you run really effing bright halogen bulbs that don't have the issues that HIDs in halogen housings do.

Here's my old 98... still sad I sold it but I bought it with most of the the mods done and it never felt like "mine". It does go to show how good this body style can look tho... maybe you'll get some ideas.

Those are AFS black windowed 03 Cobra style 18" wheels. They sell them on ebay. 18x10.5 out back, 18x9 up front. Quality of AFS is not as good as AM but they are still good and the only place you can get staggered 03 Termi style wheels in 18". They go on sale pretty regularly on ebay for like $580 shipped.

If I had to do it all over again (and if I am ever dumb and get a 94-04 car vs just buying a Coyote) I would try to find a set of real OEM 00R rims though. 18x9.5 all the way around and OEM quality.

Did you also lower the car? I'd like to lower mine and put 18 inch chrome saleens but not sure if they will rub.

Thanks. Their just 17s. 17x9 front and 17x 10.5 in the rear. I would also go 18" if I were to put different wheels on it for sure. Mine has H&R supersport lowering springs. I don't think you would get rub with 18s unless you went below 2" lower.

Just another angle of the 17s. The 18s with the BFGs Scotty has mentioned would fill up the wheels Wells better. I may go that route if I keep the car, sell my current wheels and tires and get 18" SVE drift wheels in matte black with the BFG tires.

Thanks for the compliments everyone and the advice. Im going to add a front lip in a few days so ill add the before and after picture. I cant wait for it to stop raining because as soon as i wash my car and wax it....it rains! And then driving around town it picks up mad dirt. So it is pretty dirty at the moment. Lol
