94 to 2004 K member Compatibility

Hello Everyone,
New to the Club
I Just picked up a 2001 bullitt with 59000 miles on it with some suspension damage on it.
No body damage.
It pushed the right front wheel back about an inch.
It took a hit on the right front lower control arm
And bent the K member.
I picked a good used K member from a 95 or 96.
The seller wasn't sure what year it came out of.
The K member has 4 holes the top (2 on each side of the towers}
The measurement from the 2 front holes center to center is 34 1/8.
The back holes center to center are 33 1/8.
Does anyone know if this used k member will fit in the 2001 4.6 bullitt.

I have been told that they are all the same.
And some people have told me it wont fit.

The 94 to 2004 K members look the same 6cyl and 8 cyl.
The only difference that See is a center hole on top of the towers on some of the later k members.(making that 6 holes on the top of the towers}

I didn't want to go with an aftermarket k member considering that they made 5600 bullits in 2001.
I wanted to keep it stock.
Thanks Tim

The Bullitt K member is identical to all other 96-04 K members. If the guy was not sure whether it is a 95 or 96 then you need to figure it out because they are not compatible with each other. Plenty of pics on the interwebs.

If it was a 95 I don't think it will be exactly the same. If It's a 96 then you should be OK. Or look into a UPR k member their reasonably priced and a pretty good piece.

Thanks steve96
The used k member looks like its from a 96 from looking at other pics on the internet.
94 and 95 look Different from the used one that I have
if the pics have the correct year that they were from.

Its all good. If you have a 96-04 V8 K member you are good, they are all the same. Just make sure it looks straight and that there is no damage to the front clip.
