If you plan on building a turbo engine for your car, that is a pretty good deal!

The shipping alone, from those bandits at MMR, would probably cost nearly that much!

I had him send me pictures and asked about the porting and he had no documentation on it also didn't know where it was ported at. And the chambers looked stock. So I decided to pass :/

Post some pics.
It should be obvious if they have been CNC ported. And I'll bet most everyone is using the same program to port them.

I also took the pictures to a shop and asked about them and that's what they told me. Unless the shop told me wrong.

Those pics are too small. I can't tell if the ports have been machined.
I was under the assumption that those heads/cams were new and unused. That obviously is not the case.
Keep looking. A while back, I found a set of very low mileage ported PI heads for $300.

Sorry bout that. I can send them in bigger form but even you can tell that they've been used with that picture sizing. And would you port the pi heads? Or just get a new set?

The main advantage with buying brand new ported heads is that they have been updated with the better spark plug threads to prevent blowouts.
So, for that reason, it would be preferable to get some upgraded heads rather than porting the ones on your 99.
