Shorty headers to stock h pipe

A friend of mine is selling a pair of shorty headers for his 99 mustang 4.6L. He doesn't know what type they are. Would any short header bolt up to a stock h pipe cause I have a stock manifolds and I assume any shorty headers are better than my manifolds. I'm just worried about the bolt up to my stock h pipe. It would be going on my 2004 mustang 4.6L

Dalton - Shouldn't be a problem at all - 100% of shorty setups will attach to our factory midpipes without much of any issue. Something I'd suggest doing would be to hit your bolts with some PB the night before you're pulling yours off as they're likely going to put up a fight.
