I think I've made my decision on getting under drive pulleys and mpt tuning. Will everything be safe?

Okay sweet how does mpt work if you buy the tuner off them then you send them your mod of do they just give you regular tunes and you pay extra for the tune specific for your mods?

"Natestang07" is correct in his question to you, it is a open question on what is safe and what is right. There are "Tunes" that are done by companies, I call them "Store Bought" Tunes and there is "Custom Tuning". Store Bought Tunes are Generic Tunes created to Augment Performance Safely, but not Augmented Too much that could render any kind of Mechanical Harm to your car. A Custom Tune is a Tune created on your Specific car with it's specific details. A Tune can push a car way to high or past it's capabilities. So it's very important on how it's Tuned. I have a Custom Tune on mine, but there is nothing wrong with a Store Bought Tune.

Nothing is ever 100 percent safe, but mpt is pretty reliable. And when you buy a tuner from them the price you pay is for a tune specific to your mods

Also "Pulleys", some people like them, some don't. I've stayed away because I have some Audio System stuff hooked up to my Car, Pulleys can have a Power hold back on it because of Alternator. If you have no Audio Issues, then you might be Ok with Pulleys.

I have MPT. It is very aggressive. That being said it has been 100% reliable since I uploaded it into the car. Not one issue. I think for an email tune, they are about as aggressive as you can get. I love my tune a lot.

They are the most agressive out of the base level ones (Bama, Steeda, MPT)

I am very happy with them and for my level of mods it's perfect. When I upgrade to a supercharger, I know they will be safe and aggressive too.

Pullies really don't do much. I mean they do a little... I never had a problem on my 95 Cobra with the alt pulley left uninstalled and that car had two 12" subs in it as far as charging.

You will feel the tune though, for just bolt ons the Bama and Steeda tunes for life are fine. Anything besides that like cams or a power adder you will have to get an actual tuner.

That's good to know. I just never wanted to take the chance. I don't do any type of competitions. So I probably would've been fine, just didn't want to take the chance.
