Odometer

Okay, this is beginning to annoy me.

My odometer keeps turning off while the car is on. I have to tap on it for it to come back on.

Any way to fix this?

There is a gear that you can replace in there, or a worm gear. Google it and you should find some info on it. I think there is even a YouTube video on it.

You could try removing the cluster and inspecting the electrical connector on the back to make sure it is securely plugged in and none of the pins are loose or damaged.

Yeah its either something loose connector wise or something inside the cluster is borked. If the cluster is messed up... going to have to take it to Ford to fix most likely and Ford is not exactly going to be cheap.

Sorry, Yeah your right it looks like a new edge on his avatar. It would be definitely digital then. Sorry for the bad advice. I had to replace my worm gear on mine a couple years back.
