Died on me, now starts, idles rough, dies when I touch the gas...
On Friday I was driving home from work, I was about 1/10th mile from home. The Mustang just died out of nowhere, and wouldn't start again. I had to get out and push then jump back in to get enough momentum to steer it into the driveway. That was fun. Later that night, found it would start but idles extremely rough then died as soon as I even tap the gas.
I hooked up a laptop and datalogged some fuel info. Below are screenshots of what I found. First is fuel rail pressure, second is fuel pump duty cycle (yellow) overlaid on top of the same pressure graph. I'm thinking it's the fuel pump, but I'm not a mechanic. Does anybody more qualified than me agree, or have a different opinion? All I know for sure is this sucks!
Would appreciate any input! Fuel filter is new, from last year.
