Exclamation Losing power on turns and take offs car sputters when at or below 1/4 tank

My mustang its a 4.6 gt loses power when turning or on take offs from a stop or a light it only does it when at or below 1/4 tank and anything fuller it does it when floored it feels like it slightly loses power if it's below 2000 rpms in any gear every few seconds I did 3 fuel injector cleaners and used premium fuel when I would put the injector cleaner it would go away but not I have a Check engine light its a P0306 misfire cylinder 6 and I did one more fuel injector cleaner and a tune up with new ignition coils and a 3 step filled with premium gas the check engine light went away for about a week before it felt like it would lose power again then It came on my car would used to take corners even with the needle below 1/4 tank and never hesitate but now even a corner at 20 mph if I floor it the car stays at the same rpm doesn accelerate or decelerate just cruises if I let of the gas and press it slowly it will rev up slowly I don't know when else to really do I want to check my compression for the misfire, the fuel injectors for her loss of power when below 2000 rpms and the fuel pressure to make sure it's not the fuel pump that maybe clogged or can't deliver the fuel as needed I also replaced the fuel filter what do I check or do?

Do the fuel pressure test first. It's the easiest to do.
