When is having too many a bad thing?

Hey all, I've been meaning to post for a few days, but I picked up a 2015 GT last week! You're probably thinking: "What is he posting this in here?" Well I still have my new edge (and Foxbody) for that matter, and she will always be my first love. So I'm just curious who else has a little collection of just mustangs?

Congrats! I have a first cousin to a Mustang, a 68 Cougar. Not quite the same... But ever since I bought my 03 I keep wanting more Mustangs... A Foxbody, an SN95 (a green 95 to match my 95 truck would be cool) and I'd like to have a new(er) one with the Coyote!

Nice! I've got a friend who has like 6 or 7 mustangs. But I think only 3 are registered. The rest are waiting for him to sell or build

When is having too many a bad thing?

One can never have too many toys. True story.
Congratulations, on the new buy, by the way. Looks sweet.
Edit: I'd have to say I couldn't have more than two of the same brand.

Congrats on the car Rogue!

Well, let's see. I have, basically, 4 projects going at this time. Two Bullitts, a ramp truck, and my daily driver F250.
For me, that's enough! Maybe borderline "Too much".
I had more time to devote to these projects when I started them but, as always, the scope of the job has become larger and my free time has grown smaller due to unforseen events.

I suppose, when a person starts feeling like a slave to their personal belongings, that may be a good time to reevaluate the situation

Thanks everyone! Sounds like I'm not the only one with a "problem" lol My co-workers asked me if I atleast have them in different colors. I replied by saying "You guys are lucky I'm not addicted to drugs! You should be thankful this is all I do!"

Oh and I sent my Fox off to get a new tranny two weeks ago. I forgot I still needed to pay for it, so I had to call my buddy and tell him to take his time lol

I have had a couple stangs among other rides.

1965 Mustang Convertible, 289
1991 LX 5.0 Notch (purchased 1992)
2000 GT (purchased 2000)
2003 Cobra (purchased 2004)
Current (purchased 2014)

Been driving mustangs when most of you were still in diapers...

Impressive collection! Do you still have any of them other than your current?

Very nice! Really digging the 2015's in black.

I agree with everyone else, you can never have too many. Hell if I had more space I would definitely have more than the two stangs I currently have.

Despite this I've been thinking about picking up a used 11-14 5.0 or just biting the bullet and getting a new 15 5.0 next summer. The S550 has really grown on me over the past few months, and frankly I want to really test the potential of the Coyote.

I wanted a used 11'-14', but the dealer gave me a price I couldn't refuse in the 15' lol
Plus, the 15' comes with the Boss 302 rotating assembly, so they can handle a good amount of power (I think some were pushing almost 900 on a stock longblock, but don't qoute me on it). Needless to say, if everything goes to plan, I will be testing that in the near future.

Im getting an 03 Mach 1 next week and I can't bring myself to sell my 99 mustang GT. The 99 will be my experimental car, and the 03 will be my sexy mint condition racer.

Plans for 99 GT: put radical parts on it from different cars. i want to make serious changes to the driveline. Fit a supercharger from a 3.8 on there, draw through with carb, gut it, aluminum dash, and who knows what else. The possibilities are endless when you're friends with the junkyard owners!

Plans for Mach 1: Wash and wax it every time I change my underwear, Borla ataks, 100 shot for special occasions, sparko seats, suspension suspension suspension.

Oh and I got a really good job now so this has all been promoted from "dreaming" to "doing".

Don't be ridiculous Steve... Of course Panther isn't going to put "a carb" on the Mach.

It's a 4V. That engine is going to have Dual Quads (2 four barrels) for induction!

Congrats on the new job Panther!

Hahahahaha. Silly me. I should have known. Have them sticking out of the hood with the shaker scoop on top of them, that would be where it is at.
