True Blue Bullitt

So just yesterday, my brother got himself a real clean blue Bullitt. I mean this car is like brand new. No cracks on the leather, no scratches on the paint, the car is literally like brand new.

I am not too familiar with the bullitts, so correct me if i'm wrong. His bullitt doesn't have fog lights, nor does it have a button to turn them on. Also, it has a spoiler. Is this normal? Or did he get a really rare one lol.

Normal but True Blue is rare for the Bullitts. The fog light harness is there just no fogs or button. And someone must have added the spoiler? Could be wrong. Figured all Bullitts came Spoilerless.

Bullitts did not come with fog lights or the button for them, supposedly for a "cleaner" look. Bullitts came wingless though. But someone most likely added it on at one point.

Hey, that same guy that I got the Bullitt parts from, down there, has a Bullitt trunk lid with no holes in it. Let me know if you want his number.

I haven't taken any pics yet, but these are the one from the dealer. This car is extremely clean!

That car looks really good!
The only non-original parts, that I can see in the pics, are the wing, and the wheels.

How many miles?
And how much $?

If I remember correctly, that trunk lid is black.

It has 56k he ended up getting it for 5,900. They originally had it listed for 7,495. After working something out, we were able to drop the price, and we took it home 😊👍🏽

Lol wtf did you work out to get that car at that price??

And the wheels could be OEM, my 98 had OEM chrome bullitts up front on it but even if they are OEM they would not be original. Whoever put a spoiler on it... only thing I can think of is something happened to the original decklid? Either way the wing needs to come off and get the holes filled and painted properly. At least IMO.

GREAT find.

That's an awesome deal!

I don't need any more Blue Bullitts but at that price I certainly would have been tempted!

Lol. I honestly thought that the 7k price was overpriced. I mean my brother had the money cash. One of the salesman was telling us that, that is one of the oldest cars they had in the lot. Wasn't very desirable i guess to a lot of people. It was also sitting there for awhile.

I had also been bugging my brother about that car for a couple weeks. He didn't want to, but when we seen it in person. He quickly changed his mind lol.

Are the regular GT rims the original rims for the bullitt? I have a set i could slap on

That thought did cross my mind at one point.
It gets expensive, and time consuming, maintaining a lot of cars like that though.
So, when I bought the second True Blue car, that I was originally going to use for parts, I thought that it might be more fun, for the money, to fix it, and have two cars that are cosmetically identical, yet different, mechanically speaking.
It will keep everyone guessing.

He can use any rims that will fit the car but here is what the original Bullitt wheels look like.
