New rims question

Just bought a set of steeda ultralight rims for my 2000 gt they have 275/35/18s on a 9.5" rim. Will i have clearance up front for that wide of a tire . Did i make a mistake buying these rims?. I got a really good deal so i can always resell and get different ones.

Should be fine. I had 18x9 in front on my '99 GT with 275s. Didn't have any problems. Maybe you'll get some rubbing if you turn the wheel ALL the way. I didn't.

Scotty has steeda wheels and has 285s on them with no rubbing issues at all. I beleive his are 9" wide not sure if their 9.5 but you shouldnt have any issues with them
