Engine swap

So tonight the worst thing happened. I threw a rod and it pierced my oil pan. So I need a new engine, any suggestions other than 5.0 swap.

Look for a lower mileage crown vic motor, make sure its a PI motor. They are all over the place in your price range.

A PI crown Vic motor would be a 100% swap over. Just need to change over the plenum, throttle body, and CAI mainly.
