Front end body work

What would you consider a decent price to be for me to get my hood and front bumper repainted. The existing paint is chipping off. I want a shop to do the work but don't want to be gouged.

There is no way this is including labor. I was quoted for bumper hood and front fenders for 1400. But this is like completely taking off paint. Sanding and everything. My paint is really bad

And respray I'm talking the whole exterior if there telling you 1400 for the bumper and hood you must have some real bad damage or look for another shop
