Vortech supercharger rebuild

So my vortech supercharger has around 65,000 miles on it. I don't know what kind of driving it was put through as I just bought the car. Am I playing with fire at this point or should I keep driving it until it lets loose? I've heard that these can grenade your engine.

Vortechs website said these can go to 100k miles. I don't know if I should leave it be or rebuild it now as an insurance policy for my motor. Thoughts?

Take the belt off it and check it for play. Up/down or in/out. If its solid then roll with it. Vortech makes a really good product, this is not some ebay turbo that will blow up in 6 months.

Is there some sort of tensioner that allows the belt to go on and off easily?
