02 GT ABS control module issue. possible other issues

So about a year ago, I got my 02 GT lowered, when I picked it up I noticed that the T/C light was on as well as my ABS light was also on. The mechanic said that it would reset, obviously it did not, and that S.O.B. is out of business now. Anyway that wasn't the only issue with the car, my horn doesn't work as well as my driver side power seat. Could these all be related? How can I test where the problem is.

Internet says the ABS Module is bad and needs to be replaced. I also had it hooked up to a reader and it can't communicate with the module. Just seems weird that all this happened after it was lowered and all at once.

This happened to me with the abs module as well when i had my suspension done. The mechanic told me the same thing that the sensor was a little funny due to age and when the scanned the system everything was fine. His suggestion was either the light will go off after a while, it will continue to stay on but function correctly, or it will go on and off. Mine fortunatly went off and my system has worked fine as far as i know. I dont think all those issues could be connected by having the kind of work done that you did. The abs issue is defintely due to the suspension work but the other issues have to be just coincidence? Does the abs system seem to work or the traction control?
