Spoiler broke at clips

Has anyone epoxied the clips back into the spoiler with success?
I think the car looks better with the spoiler than without, will epoxy or JBWeld hold it well enough at speed or should I just replace it.

There isn't much to the clips just 4 thin metal U clips hold it on. Was thinking about fitting them back in or if need be very minor dremel to get the clips back in and then epoxy the crud out of it internally and let it dry off the car in the TX sun.

Preference?
Epoxy or JBWeld

For safety sake getting replacement at junk yard. The clips ripped out real good. Don't want to lose it down the freeway.
