Installing boost gauge

I bought an autometer boost gauge and need to know what vacuum hose to tap into as well as what wire to tap into for power and ground.

I also bought the single autometer pod and see that it mounts to the dash using screws. Does anyone have any ideas of where a good area to mount it is? I was hoping not to screw into my dashboard but that looks like it's the only option.
