Random wiring harness in trunk

I was pulling out some sub wires that were HORRIBLY ran by the previous owner and because I will never install any.. Well I found a wiring harness in the trunk but im not sure what it is for.. I'll post a pic tomorrow but could it be for the Mach amp that "used" to be there?

Since it doesn't have it anymore and never will, does it eventually go back to a single connector that I can unplug or can I cut them? Trying to get rid of everything that's unneeded before I start really building it seriously (as if I'm not already 12k invested lol)

if the wires are not connected you can remove it but you'll need to cap the wires so weight saving will be minimal as how far back can you realistically remove it. I would just tuck it away as prev mentioned.

amp MAY never had been there, often wire harnesses are universal you just get more stuff plugged in with the deluxe models.
