It sounds like it! I would be discouraged if I was trying to sell mine haha.

The Mach 1's put out so much more power. My buddy Dylan has one with Flash tuning, racing Pistons, and polished heads. It slams you back in your seat, never felt so much pull out of a mustang lol. It's a beautiful car, I would definitely do it. It also
Has low miles and it's only 12k? Do it! Those DOHC motors will surprise you.

The price seems a bit fishy with those miles

I agree lol. I am just short of 60k miles and there is no way in hell I would sell mine for that cheap.

I basically ran mine through KBB. I haven't seen this one in person of course, but mine is in the excellent condition category. For my zip code, it came up as $13,253. I HAD to sell it, I wouldn't except less than $14k, so the buyer would have to put a down payment on it before they could get a loan. I'd probably take a few mods off too for that price. I also think I'd try to wait until spring to sell, if I had to sell of course. Even very good condition was $12,367 in my area. So, depending on the location and it's true condition, this Mach could be a pretty good deal for someone.

If you are paying 18% now and then want to trade in and tack it onto another loan with more $$...

Lube up.

Astroglide is like the Cadillac of lubricants but there are so many different varieties of KY these days... Just make sure if you do use the warming jelly you let the salesman know first so there are no surprises.

once you get your finances straight, I do suggest getting a Mach 1 instead of a GT.

The Mach 1 is a legacy car, and the new-edge is a rather timeless look (shaker hood with racing stripe = fap fap fap). It will hold value better than a GT. The Termis will be collectible. The Mach will go through ups and downs. The N/A cobra will probably be semi-appreciated forever (First to have IRS), but never in direct spotlight.

The new-edge mustangs are the last of the nuts-and-bolts mainly analog mustangs. No driver's aids, no infotainment ****, no digital cams, no way to hack into and take-over these babies. Somebody is going to appreciate that eventually, but they wont get mine!

If you are buying a car with expectations for it to increase in value you will be disappointed.

Often the smartest decision is not the one you want. If you can afford it without living on the street go for it. Life is short and you never know when your last day will be.
