Ran 125 shot on 2 valve a/f peaked 12.2 and max timing at 26. Pulled #8 plug which is the hot cylinder and it looked kinda of lean. What do y'all think?

That looks REALLY lean to me.
Do all of the spark plugs look like that #8?

Look close and see if you have specks of alum. From your piston tops on electrodes. May need mag glass

It was just 8 really. The passenger side was a bit leaner than the driver side had more black to it.

Those look just fine. Top pic looks rich(ish). Were the pics taken of the same plug at the same time?

The first one looks pretty good to me. The second one is probably okay too. Rich would be a good bit darker I believe. Lean would probably look practically new. If they are speckled, it could be detonating some.

At 12.2 AF, I would expect that plug to be much more of a light brown in color. It looks practically brand new to me!
I rarely remove my spark plugs before they need to be replaced, so I might have a warped sense of what they should look like.
Maybe one of the guys who are more familiar with using nitrous will chime in with their opinion.

That'd be nice if you did post. Did the motor survive?

What is your nitrous kit setup with? Is it a plate or a nozzle? If it's a nozzle where did you place it.
