Complete A/C delete

What all is needed to completely delete the ac?

I know you can do the v6 pulley or just order a delete pulley, but I want to get all the crap out of the engine bay..

Keep the heater core tho so I can have heat and some bit of defrost..

But is there a full write up somewhere? I'm not even sure what all under the hood is the ac, there's too much junk under there

The compressor is obviously the heaviest component. You will need to remove the dashboard to remove the evaporator, but it doesn't weigh that much. The condenser is located in front of the radiator. All of the hoses and the accumulator are pretty self explanatory, as they will be attached to all of the previously mentioned components.

the alternative to the delete pulley, is to switch an idler pulley to a grooved pulley and use the belt i believe from the 3.8. i posted it a while back somewhere on this forum. ill see if i can find the info again.

UPDATE: here is it http://www.moddedmustangs.com/forums...ac-delete.html 70.5 inch belt, and a grooved idler pulley from a v6 swapped into your tensioner. dont know if this will be any more cost effective that running a pully where your compressor was.
