Gremlins in my 04 GT

I was driving my GT yesterday and had to stop at a store for a p break and to get a drink. When I went to leave the car would start but not run, acted like it was not getting enough gas. Tried several times, same result. Car is not a daily driver. She sit for about 3 weeks, have driven her some the last 5 days. After a few calls trying unsuccessfully to find a mobile mechanic I tried again. On about the 3 rd try she started and ran fine. Ran great like nothing had happened. Got home and put my tuner on and it read a p0191 code. Fuel rail pressure relay or something like that. Hoping its was maybe some trash in the line, or maybe some old gas since the last time I filled her up was something like a month ago, not unusual for this car. Anyone had a similar experience with their car? Any help appreciated.

It may be the fuel rail pressure sensor starting to go if you got that code.

It may be the fuel pump is getting weak.
Do a fuel pressure test.

Thank's guy's, may go buy a pressure tester and read up on how to do a pressure test. Probably cost less than carrying it to a shop. And I can keep the tester. It is hard to hear the pump priming when starting the first time for the day. But I can hear it and so far she's ran fine since.
