Picked up a teksid block!

Stopped at a random place today looking a good 4.6 block and the man produces a teksid block already bored torque plate honed ready to go 300 bucks!!!! Dropped my cobra crank, eagle rods and new found block off at the machine shop to get it all balanced checked out rods resized and my new pistons will be on the way!!! Lord I love a deal cause I sure don't find them often!

All standard but the machine shop is checking everything before I order Pistons and all other friction prohibitory! Lol was pretty damn excited about my find and then the cost

Very nice!

I found one a while back that I had to replace two sleeves on, so that I could keep the bore at .020 over.
I still haven't assembled it. Lol. I've been using it as an end table in the garage!

That how I found my cobra crank and eagle rods! Carolina Dyno the v8 guy there was like wait I think I have a crank you can get and some rods moves some mess and bam eagle rods cobra crank 200 bucks!

Yep. You can put together a pretty decent modular engine, on a budget, if you aren't in a big hurry.
Besides a bunch of little stuff, all I need is the rods and pistons to mine together.

Yeh I was just looking at arp main studs and all the other fasteners and they add up quick to
