I haven't been keeping up with the OEM Cobra bumper "market" lately, but around here, they seem to be selling in the $600ish range. That's in varying condition, and painted whatever color that the car that they were removed from was.
Once in a while, I used to see them for less than that, but when I called they were already sold.

Yes. An OEM bumper will have the Ford oval logo.

I've seen the Bumper for $150 - $250 on Craigslist in the Phoenix area & the wing for about $100 - $150. By the time you buy all the Cobra stuff to make a Replica you'll spend as much as a Body Kit that would make your car different than everyone else. Just a thought.

Recently there was a complete Stalker Kit on Craigslist for $350. It had the 2 Bumpers, the side rocker panels & the wing....Just no Hood. If i still had my 04 I would have bought it.
Wish I would have kept it as I liked it better than the 08 I have now.

How is that 08 running didn't you have a lot of issues with that car when you got it?

Yeah I sure did. Replaced the Heads & it's been OK....but I still don't think it's right. Hoping the motor will last a couple years till the price of a wrecked GT500 Motor comes down some.
OR....Maybe I'll trade it in & just buy a GT500 in the next 2 years. The car only has 74K on it.
If I can drive it for 2 years & get a $5K trade in on it I'll probably just buy one.

I doubt you'll ever find a cheap GT 500 motor or if it would be worth the trouble. Id just trade it in for a Coyote or a GT 500 if you can swing it. Too bad about the crap you went through with that car. I have been pretty lucky with used cars myself but your always taking a chance with a car.

This is about the 8th Mustang I've bought used & the only one I bought from a dealer. Figures the dealer would screw me on it. All the other ran great. I use to buy cars, fix them up some & re-sale them for about a year when I was laid off. Kept the bills paid !!!
