Grab your clutch pedal with your hand and yank up on it and listen for a zip tie sound. That's if you have the stock quadrant. If you have an aftermarket setup, tighten it up a little for more preload on the TOB to see if that makes it go away. Even brand new TOBs can chirp if there is not enough preload.
