Nah a 75/78mm TB is standard for the upgrade.
I'll go with 230rwhp or so. Nothing you can do to the PI engine except for exhaust is really going to add anything power wise. At least not anything meaningful or worth $hundreds.
Much better off putting all that bling money into suspension and wheels and tires than cai/tb/pullies etc...
