Lower control arm bolts stuck

Any tricks out there to free up the bolts? I'm trying to install my eibach springs. I got the nut off and the bolt to turn but I think the bushing is spinning with the bolt.

I don't have an impact gun to spin it fast. I've been soaking the bolts all day in penetrating oil... I'm stuck. I'd prefer not to cut the bolts if I can avoid it.

The bolt is likely rusted inside the bushing sleeve. The front one is easy to cut the back one is a *****. Also sounds like your bushings are toast. I would replace those since you are pulling it apart. If getting a bigger hammer wont get them out you'll have to cut or torch them.

Does anyone sell individual bushings and bolts? I'm only going to need two if I cut those ones out. I see kits going for $70. At that rate, I'd sooner buy new lower control arms

The bolt where you drop the spring right? Not the one closer to the front of the car right? Smack it with a hammer. I've never turned it trying to get it out, when lined up perfectly the bolt should be able to just slide out, but usually doesn't so smack it with a hammer a lot. Done that at least like 6 times now.

Either use your jack to position the arm the correct spot to remove the bolt.

Use a hammer and a punch or screw driver to punch the bolt through the hole.

Impact the bolt out , or use a small pry bar to pop the bolt out with some tension from a jack on the arm.
