No shouldnt as long as you have a good breaker bar, and PB blaster, then like you said your basic mechanic tool set.

The back should be easiest. Soak all bolts with PB blaster the day before and then again an hour or 2 before

You put it in the weeds. Nice stance.

I'm not sure why so many people are eager to remove the rear spoiler on their New Edge. In my opinion a New Edge without a wing looks like a Honda Civic.

Of course, this is my opinion, and we all know what opinions are like.

Yes, I want to go spoirless at some point. The paint around where the spoiler meets the trunk it underneathb has the infamous "ring". I had it off but didnt clean up super well, not rust or corrosion just b gunk. I want to do it but do it right with and the holes filled and b repainted of course or find a nice V6 trunk in silver. Thanks!

You shouldn't find any rust. If my memory serves me correct, the trunk and hoods on the New Edges are a composite material.

I get what your saying, I like some without and some with. It depends on the overall look of the car to me. Mine will remain on until I could do it right. I really love the termi spoilers, but still would require a paint job and holes filled or a sixer trunk.

Thanks, man!

Yeah its just gunky, like built up wax, dirt, probably some rubbing making it somewhat rough too.

Ugh I need another 94-98 car... Been banging around on CL to see if I can find someone giving away or $500 for a roller with no engine or trans in good shape. Here's hoping.

I'm really digging on those MMD rims on a silver car... really might get them. Well if AM has another sale like that lol.

Man I saw a really nice 94-98 for sale yesterday. If it's correctly badged it was a Cobra. It was copper colored if I wasn't in such a big hurry I would have stopped.

Probably can find one if you look hard and long enough, you are the king of finding deals!

Im really liking the MMD wheels so far, they do look good, to me anyway. Just something a little diff than the run of the mill Mustang wheels. But there again, a ton of the normal Mustang wheels look good too even if everyone has them. You should pick up a set next time they run them on sale.

I suspected that could be the case that's why I mentioned the color. Still a very clean car and had nice rims as well.

EDIT: it was not Aztec gold definitely more burnt copper than Aztec Gold. I'm thinking that it was repainted

That's laser red and it's the most horrible color to come on these cars imo.

Also real nice ones go for $8-$10k. Any more than that and you can get an 01 or a Mach. And once you hit $15k that is Terminator territory.
