Help! ASAP!! Please!!!

So I got my SLP catted X pipe finally today. Took over a week to get here in MO also, but I got the wrong clamps and I believe I got the wrong bolts as well. Anybody know if I can use these bolts. Also where can I get replacement clamps to use this week until new ones come in from AM late this week or early next week? Need to install this tommorow morning because I NEED my car for work tommorow night and Wednesday. Click image for larger version

Auto shops such as autozone, etc, usually have universal exhaust clamps.

Yeah i was thinking they might as long as the diameter is the same, my only concern now is getting the right bolts, You guys think autozone or o'reillys will have these bolts or home depot or lowes?

Autozone should have them, if not Home Depot almost certainly will. Autozone will for sure have clamps.

And that is really ****ty, you'd think they'd be able to give you the right goddamn hardware with your pipe... its not like its rocket science.

+1 scott and yeah, I was pretty unsatisfied for 1. Its 430 dollars and 2. it took almost 2 weeks just to ship to Missouri with the holidays but atleast I got the right pipes but the bolts and clamps should be simple to replace. Now I just gotta figure out where to get the race pipe (cat delete) SLP offers for when the summer comes.

A local muffler shop will also be a good source for quality clamps and hardware.

Well he said he was not sure if the bolts would fit or not. They might. 2 weeks shipping is unacceptable as well holidays or not. The shipping companies hire a bunch of temps to offset the volume, I was getting things I ordered from the middle of the country in 3 days in mid/late December for Xmas gifts.

Who did you get the pipe from? If it was from AM I would have been raising hell at the 1.5 week mark, and if it was from AM I would highly suggest PM'ing Alex (forum rep here) and letting him know what happened and what you are up against. They might give you store credit or refund some $$$ or at least send you the correct stuff.

Just make sure if you use the autozone cheap clamps you do not clamp too hard or you'll crush the pipe down which is why the strap clamps are nice.

Those bastards also could just ship the pipe as one piece and avoid any of the shenanigans of a multi piece unit like that.

I did get it from AM. I already talked to someone from there and they are sending me replacement bolts and clamps. Should be here Friday or early next week. Huge problem is I need my car to get done by tommorow. So I got to go up and get the cheap clamps and right sized bolts and use that. Really disappointing just because I spent 400$ on it and didn't even get the right parts. But when I ordered BBK's X pipe for 200$ everything came properly packed and only thing that wasn't included and had to buy was the gasket. Not too happy but at least AM was easy to talk to and reach. Only took 15 mins on the phone to get the new parts.
