Not too familiar myself but you might want to do some searching online. I'm sure there are some fairly complete lists from other forums.

It might also be worth contacting Procharger and talking to them about what you will need to successfully get it working.

Hope you got a hell of a deal on the headunit, its very often not much more expensive to just buy the whole kit new especially procharger since they don't sell parts on superchargersonline.com.

I'd post want ads in forum classifieds or maybe call procharger and see if they'll sell you loose parts.

Looks like he has a MAF tube already. If that one won't work for whatever reason, he should be getting a slot MAF in a 3" sample tube. That'll be optimal for up to the 600-700hp range. The old element MAFs are holdovers from the fox days and any good tuner will greatly prefer the 05+ style slot.

do you have the radiator hose ? It is shaped differant from stock to give you clearance. there is a air intake tube for the SC unit with a bypass hose & sensor port & filter

Should be able to use most other parts from the Vortech systems, except the mounting bracket. But piping and intercooler and fuel system should be interchangeable as long as the couplers are right sizes.

you can contact Pro Charger ATI & get any part you need , you just have to give them the serial # on your unit to prove you own 1

None of the 04-down style MAFs are a good idea anymore. 05+ slot style. PAS sells a full kit with a bung and wiring for $199 shipped. Weld it directly into the middle of the straight shot from the final turn to the throttle body turn unless you need bigger than 3"/78mm which 99% of ppl on this forum will not.

Pieceing together a procharger kit?

I would also suggest 47lb ford injectors... cheap and can buy any where new. Just make sure you buy the normal length not shorts. I have a serial # if you need it 😘

I was going to say the same thing, that piping looks jacked. That said the MAF itself might work... might. Again, just get the slot MAF and never have to buy another one.

This is the 47lb fuel injectors serial #. You will need ev6 to ev1 adapters but ford also makes the part and they are like 25 bucks.

And about the mass air and tubing you posted...not sure if the mass air sensor will work but the position of the sensor is not good. You want around 6" of straight pipe before and after it. Otherwise it will make it more difficult to tune.

For a blow thru. For a draw through most of them are setup with the MAF as the first damn thing in the intake tract right behind the filter or like 6" behind the filter.

But this is why I said in an earlier post to get a slot MAF and weld the bung dead center in the straight shot of piping coming from the front of the car to the TB. That'll give a solid 6" on both sides and you don't even need a sample tube because most intercooler/blower piping is going to be 3" and that's good enough for 800hp.

And hopefully this is not the start of a roller coaster for piecing a kit together. The bracket and a few other things will be procharger specific but I think the rest he could get from superchargersonline or used.

So after looking around online and at pictures I don't think I have all the piping I need and instead of trying to find a few pieces I might need I was looking at the cxracing intercooler kit ? You guys like their product or recommend a different one?

I have the CX Kit in my garage waiting to go on. Really nice kit. Don't buy it from their website, buy it from their store on ebay its way cheaper there.

Lol yeah right... Dude noone is more pissed at how long its sat than me. I am forcing myself to work on it this weekend no matter the temp or how bad I'm feeling. I'm hoping to have it close to ready to hook up the load leveler. I've got 4 months before I should be guaranteed to not have to worry about road salt so that's the deadline.

CRX universal tube kit will be fine but before you spend any $$$ go online to ATI Pro Charger,
get the serial # off your SC unit , when you register with them tech help will be available, any part you need you can get & they will email you a PDF of the owners manual , it has step by step install instructions , will make install alot easier

Just get the CX racing kit then as long as the procharger mounts in the same spot as the vortech and paxton on the passenger side of the motor. Piping problem solved.
