cam recommendations

Well guys, I got my 3 valve motor today and Im going to be starting my swap into my 04 gt. I'm purchasing the logan motorsports swap kit and using the stock 3 valve heads. What kind of cam should I get? I really don't want to do any head work right now. I would just like to freshen up the timing components and drop in a set of cams. Any advice appreciated.

Guy around the corner from me had the Hot Cams. The car sounded amazing. Too bad he was a complete d-bag boy racer who would tear through 25mph zones at 2AM.

In my experience, half the ppl who do cams in the 2V and 3V with a stock bottom end do it for the sound alone. Hell, that's basically what I am doing with a set of Houston Performance 292 regrinds for my silver car which is turning into a shoestring budget project. #marriedlife.

Cushman makes a nice set of 3v cams. They sound great as well. My girlfriend just spent my cam build money on a cruise so there goes that.

Wow! 4 times thats a ton!! I bet its some nice stuff tho. Furniture right? I thought you said that is what it was. Just keep all those animals off of it!

Well maybe when you do your taxes you can have enough to finish it and get it on the road at least. Im pulling for you! We could always put together one of those charity FB pages for your build or start a fund through ME! Im down for the cause.
