New owner learning

I'm not very mechanic savvy but I bought a mustang to learn new things. I have a 1998 Mustang GT 4.6. 5 months after I bought it I blew a spark plug. I heard that's notorious for the 4.6 engine. So I bought the helicoil and I still cannot keep a spark plug in there the helicoil somehow becomes stripped. If I were to buy new cylinder heads would I be able to put spark plugs in like normal? Don't bash me I'm still learning and don't know much. Anything helps thanks

Did you make new threads for the helicoil? It should stay in there I've been running mine for almost a year now no issues whatsoever. Take it to a shop shouldn't run more than 125$

Make sure you use anti seize when installing your spark plugs. Heard few people blowing out spark plugs multiple times and they didn't use antisieze
