Cylinder 1 Misfire

Hey guys,
So I've been getting a cylinder 1 misfire code for months now and cannot figure it out. I don't even feel it when it happens while I'm driving. here a background on what I've done so far.

1. Compression test was fine. all cylinders were within .15 of the highest reading.
2. Brand new MSD coil packs
3. Brand new Wires
4. Spark plugs are relatively new with maybe 1000 miles on them. I switched spark plug 1 and 2 to see if the misfire moved, but it stayed on cylinder 1
5. It has the stock injectors in her, this is the only thing i haven't replaced yet.

The car is a 1996 Gt (Saleen) with 104,000 miles on her. PI heads and cams, Kooks LT headers with hi flow cats. CAI with 75mm throttle body. 3:5:5 rear gears. And a BAMA tune.

Ive read a couple forums with similar issues and haven't seen many get resolved, Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks a lot.

Have you swapped plug wires from 1 and 2? Also try swapping injectors from 1 and 2.

Alright. If that still doesn't fix it try swapping the coil packs after that.

Yup, seems like injector or coil issue. I've heard of the MSD's failing from factory...OE cops are the way to go... Like OP said, switch a couple cops and see if it changes

He's a 96, he has the actual coil packs. I just happen to have 16 low mileage OEM COPs for sale... not the same thing lol.

I should probably post those up here but I need to do the paper thingy to post all my parts here.

But as Scotty pointed out you dont have COPs, you have the actual coil packs, so those telling you to buy OEM COPs should be saying buy OEM coil packs. You can still switch the new one around to see if you have an issue with them, Ive done this many of times on other cars

Each time I did switch around my coil packs to find the misfire, it turned out to be leaking intake gaskets. Not Mustangs though but they are notorious for it as well.
