TKO 600 throw out bearing options

What options are best for the TKO 600 as far as throw out bearing and would I need to get a different clutch fork?

OEM Ford. Fork should be the same. You'll obviously need the TKO bell and most likely a driveshaft spacer as well.

Also TKOs shift like a box of rocks.
