O2 Sensor Code PO153

Hi Everyone, hope someone could give me some advice. To make the long story short, I installed a catted X-Pipe last year, and ever since it had the check engine light on because of Code PO133(Bank1 Sensor 1) and PO153(Bank2 Sensor1). I bought 4 new O2 sensors to fix the problem, but PO153 still remained. I even got a new replacement O2 Sensor for the New O2 Sensor that was on Bank2, but still same code. Mechanic checked, no gas leaks. They don't know what is happening.

I wonder if I should buy the MIL ELIMINATORS, but I read they sometimes don't work or won't have any use on Bank2, and living in Canada it would cost me $100 CAN total to order the ELIMINATORS from the US. Or is the O2 extension on Bank 2 faulty? In Total I already spend $400 CAN on this check engine light, so I'm just wondering if this is a permanent thing that I will have to live with. I do have a scanner and a tuner, trying to switch the engine light of, but it comes back on after 5 miles or so.

You mention usiing an O2 sensor extension.
When you installed the x-pipe, did it significantly change the location of the upstream O2 sensors?
If so, the codes could be caused because the computer is unaware of the change of location of the O2 sensors. You will need to have your tune revised to reflect the change.

Thank you for the feedback.
The upstream are the back O2 sensors, right? As far as I know the only significant position change were the extenders at the front O2 Sensors. Mind you, a shop did the install.

The original Bassani extenders are these:
Part# 4604EK Bassani Exhaust - Bassani.com

But since they were not available to buy anywhere I bought these:

From what I understand they should work the same.
How would I revise my Tune? I have a BAMA DiabloSport Intune. Should I contact BAMA performance at American Muscle to create a tune for it?

The upstream sensors are towards the front of the car. They are typically "upstream" of the cats. They are also referred to as the #1 sensor on each bank.
Yes. If this is indeed the cause of the codes, you will need to contact Bama and have them adjust the tune to compensate for the O2 sensors being further away from the exhaust ports than they were on the original exhaust.
Here is a link to a thread that explains why the computer can throw these codes. Cliffyk can explain it far better than I can.

Thank you.
I contacted BAMA Performance. It will probably take 1-2 business days to get a response from them with the code.
