Squeaky Brakes

I got some power stop rotors and brakes installed on my car and they are really squeaky. What could be some reasons for this?

How long ago were they installed? Could be they left out the anti rattle peices, but that would be a rattle more than a squeak? Could be some debris on one of the rotors or in between the pad and the rotor. Or just cause their new its squeaking a little being a little tight pad wise, this can happen but only lasts a short time once the pads wear down just a touch. Did a shop do them? If so call them up and schedule a time to bring it in to them to check it out..

My power stops squeak just before coming to a stop. I'm using the Hawks street/strip pads. It stops and it stops fast, so I tolerate it for now. I will be going with the DBA rotors it the near future.

My powerstops did it too....went away after about 2 months... Reasons, crappy, cheap material... OEM are superior rotors and Hawk are the pads to get

Sounds like maybe its just a "wear" in thing like the others have said with similar set ups.
