Now you would just have to figure out if the person left those gears in and left the HIDs alone.
Hey Kevin, how did you look that up? I went and test drove a used 2015 gt premium yesterday and the dealer at the Volvo dealership new nothing about it. All he could tell me was its a v8, what else did I really need to know about it. I looked up most of the info on their website but couldn't find the gear ratio. I'm no longer interested in buying it after seeing it in person because of all the cosmetic dings and scratches but I'm curious as to what gear ratio it had.

I dont see any red flags on it besides the airbag recall. Which I suppose is to be expected.

Here is a pic from the car in it's prime (when it had less then 10k miles)
Attachment 201842

All I did was google search and found that stuff.

Now if you get it inspected, check suspension, driveline, etc. for any other out-of-sight mods or damage.

The good news is, the mods can actually save you money down the road if they are what you wanted.

It comes down to how much maintenance the car will need. Hopefully at 35k miles, it is just normal stuff.

I tried to look at the window sticker for this car but I cannot find it online.

Safe to say by looking at the old picture of it, it never came with Brembos or anything.

I personally like where the previous owner was going with the car. I wonder if it has a short throw shifter installed.

The front end looks nice and the gloss black brembo wheels set you up in the future if you want to add 4 piston brembos as they clear the calipers.

Yea I've already seen this, but the car def seems to good to be true

And for sure the car already has everything I would do it, my dream car was to be completely blacked out, and the already bolt ons a is a bonus. I would literally have nothing to do with the car besides payments and Maintenance

Well, according to the info i have seen, it seems ok.

I traded my car in with a bunch of mods and it was taken care for really good. A steal for the next guy. This could be the same thing. Just have to get in there and see.

Awesome. I am excited to see your review of it. See if the throws are really short or normal/soft buttery feeling. Let us know what the exhaust sounds like, how the suspension corners and such (to see if anything major is worn out), how the car idles, test brakes for shaking/warping when stopping, etc.

S*** i would buy it assuming everything is in good running condition. Did you check tread on tires?

Hop all over that man! Try to offer 20k though 😝

Borla Mufflers, JLT Intake, Boss manifold, Brembo wheels, and other mods. Easily a few thousand already invested that you will save.

Looks like market value for that car is 19.5-22k. So i would offer 20k. If they ask to justify it, say it doesn't come with the stock parts so in case you want to change it back, you now have to spend more money.

May depend on factors like exhaust and intake flow. Plus tune, if it has one. With intake manifold, intake, and exhaust, i would imagine it has a tune.

My car idles up to around 1500-1600 and then settles. And it is a new 2016 GT. Lol

I think some people will even raise their normal idle to 800-1,000 with a tuner device.

I am sure its nothing. If there was an issue, you would know it.

I wonder if Bama tweaked mine. Starts up to 1000-1100, and drops to 700 ish on my 04 GT.

Mine goes up to about 1200-1300 or so then drops to around 700-800 on a stock tune. When I was having IAC issues it would go up to about 2500 then fall to 200 then spike back up to 1000 then down to 700 or so, it was a pretty cool trick.

Alright guys so good and bad news, the 2011 with 38k miles was a private dealership, he refused to work out a good price after he had told me the price was negotiable. So my time was wasted and the long drive was useless. He waned 23k for a car that looks like it was tracked and beaten on.

So I went to ford test drove a brand new 2016, and will most likely be getting that at 32k. I never liked the new body style but it's growing on me.

I'm already looking for axle backs for the car, just need to know how and what voids the warranty if anyone has tips please help

That's a shame about the 2011.

You should be ok with a catback setup.

The S550 body is definitely something that takes getting used to and grows on you.

I got my performance pack 2016 GT for 31,500 before tax, title, and license.
