I personally like a sun / moon roof. You get an open air environment that can be quite relaxing.
Living in the South East a convertible makes more sense for me. Sadly it has been too hot to drop the top and ride.
Down here convertible tops come down in the fall, spring, and most of the winter. 60° days are nice. Triple digit temps suck.

I don't think i ever hear of any Stangs having a sunroof before!!! ...or i have totally forgotten about them.
There was a sweet used 2014 Ruby Red GT auto with the glass roof for $19k, but i sure would want one in a hail storm omg

I have been waiting for the Mustang to have T-tops again.
I think a Targa would look really good, and could compliment the lines of the new models.
I would fire up Photoshop and do a bit of virtual custom work to put my idea on paper, but my brain is on another planet right now. I'm not in pain though, or I don't care about the pain. Either way, the pain is irrelevant.
Who wants to Photoshop a Targa and a t top 2016 Mustang?

I bought a black 92 GT back in the day that had one from Ford. You could pop it out and put it in the truck in a cover that secured in place. It was cool, but I never popped it all the way out because of the flutter from the wind on the highway. You'd feel like your ears were gonna pop lol.

Mine has worked flawlessly too thankfully because I'm sure it would be a pain to fix as I don't know who makes parts for it. Only complaint I have is it makes creaking noises when it is closed.

Ya, mine doesn't even do that either thankfully so far it has been flawless. Knocking on wood myself because I couldn't begin to tell you who makes the parts.

I broke the piston in cylinder 7 so it's gonna be down for a while. It'll be back better than ever once I'm done, but it's gonna be a slow build.

Great memory! I used to be able to walk to work. I'm mostly focusing on handling, in the last 6 months I've installed Koni yellows, MM CC plates, MM kmember brace, Steeda X2 ball joints, steeda bumpsteer Kit, polyurethane steering rack bushings, and a MM solid steering shaft. We're looking into a daily family hauler, then I can get more aggressive. I'm taking it out to the local autox in Marina this Sunday to test and fine tune everything. I'm sorry to hear about your motor. I hope you get it up and running sooner than expected.

That sounds like a fun time.
Yeah it'll get a motor eventually, it's just gonna take some time.
