BBK Long Tube vs PaceSetter Long Tube

Anyone here with opinions on which set of headers are better for the 99-04 GT? I am currently running BBK 73mm Throttle Intake, CAI and MAF Sensor connected to a H-Pipe and Magnaflow Catback and PaceSetter headers...just wondering if the BBKs would make a big difference.

Are the Pacesetters long tube or short tubes?

Long tube > short tube all day long, but I definitely wouldn't take a set of long tubes off and replace with another brand unless the current headers are damaged or something?

Personally, Im realllly close to pulling the trigger on a set of JBA long tubes with their h-pipe and Flowmaster American Thunder CB system. Just cant seem to make that final "click" to make it happen. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Running long tube headers...all of my other parts are BBK so I was wondering if it really made that much of a difference by going to the BBK headers. From your response I am guessing no?

I honestly wouldn't think so.

If anything the gains would be very minimal since you already have long tubes.

It will make no difference. You would probably see close to the same gains without the headers to be honest on a stock motor. You may see bigger gains going with Kooks or a high end brand like that but still not worth all the $ and install issues. LTs= 3-5 rwhp.

No difference. Best budget longtubes for these cars are JBA. Period. BBK are not much better than Pacesetter TBTH quality wise and power will be identical.

I have jba longtube headers and catted h pipe on my 08 gt with the flowmaster American thunder mufflers and absolutely love the sound it's real deep and not raspy at all. And it's not obnoxiously loud either.
