Quad shocks

What are all you guys running for quad shocks? My car has almost 200000 km on it and my quads are original and pretty much shot. I am also going to be installing Koni STR.T shocks and Ford Racing C springs probably next week.

Aftermarket lower control arms and delete them. Or get whatever is cheapest to replace them on rockauto.

I have J&M lower control arms and I was wondering, what's the benefit of deleting the quad shock? Not hurting anything is it?

Preference I guess; but no it doesn't hurt anything! Most people find them pointless but I still have mine! I haven't made any major changes to my suspension though...just aftermarket springs, shocks, struts and new quad shocks!

Replaced 150k mile stock ones with monroes. Didn't notice anything different. Putting steeda control arms on soon.
