Same here. A new edge was all I was in the market for. Looked at an 02' saleen before I got my gt. Who knows maybe one day down the road I'll find a new edge saleen to add to the stable!

I'm thinking
99-01 cobra
Or a Mach 1
To get the 4.6 4V

Or
BMW 3 series AWD coupe
Mitsubishi evolution
Regular cab short box 4x4 truck

If it's not RWD or AWD it's just not for me

Cobras
04 Automatic Mach
C5 Vettes
S197 GT Mustangs
11-14 V6 Mustangs
F bodies
05/06 GTO
F body

Some of those are way better bang for the buck but the New Edge may be the best looking of them all, parts are cheap, they are easy to work on and if you are like me and you really know your way around the Fox4 platform then that's also a factor.

I was looking for a first-generation Lightning when I found my Bullitt. I'm glad that I purchased the Mustang, but I still kinda want a Lightning...

Hey Stray just buy a solid used F-150 and build it to your liking...I was going to build a Shelby Super Snake F-150 clone but my '57 F100 has to be sold first!

I thought about doing that... But I already have a Regular cab, big block F250 that fits that bill.
I don't really want to do a bunch of work, at this point in time, because I already have a couple of other projects.

TBTH, if I'm ever going to do a pushrod stroker, I'd love something like a 93-95 F150 2WD shortbed shortcab with a 408 and a built trans/rear and huge tires. Would be sick.
