An integrated bell trans without a lift... **** man... I dunno I've done a ton of transmissions and I would not want to do a t45/3650 on my back, no way in hell.
It'll need to be at least 21" IIRC and you better be DAMN sure its solid as a rock on the jackstands because you will be fighting with stuff under there.
T-5 on the other hand is easy except getting the damn pilot bearing out.
