Carpet Options!

For those of you thinking about changing your carpet here is another option! After looking at the install videos on youtube from American Muscle and LMR I chose to try the Duplicolor Vinyl and Fabric spray! I added some before and after pics! I am pretty happy with the results! The carpet kits were not getting good ratings and did not seem worth the money or trouble in my opinion!

That came out really good! Did it "build up" the missing fabric or just color it to make it look better?

Thanks! The color makes it look better...looks full again! Two cans is all you need! My carpet was the dark grey but I went with black!

Looks awesome!

How is the smell - did it leave your car smelling like a can of paint?

Nice mod. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

Thanks! Ha ha ha! Since you asked I just walked into my garage to check since I left it overnight...seems fine to me! The spray actually has a decent sweet smell to it when you apply it! It dries in 30 minutes and can be handled after 1 hr but I chose to let it sit overnight so it could really cure...oh and no overspray issues either. I would also suggest buying one of these...I love this thing! Makes painting stuff easier!

Did you have to brush the carpet to remove any stiffness?
