Tuner question

Getting my tuner next week...generally I use 91 octane non ethanol gas. So I would get a 91 tune but my question is if I put 93 in it will it cause problems? Or is that only if I go below the octane in the tune?

2002 Mustang GT, Trick Flow plenum, eibach lowering springs, BBK catted x-pipe, for now.......

93 = No problems

89 = shouldn't have issues but drive gently and listen for ping esp under load.

I run a 91 tune with 93 octane. Better safe than sorry.

I would run a 93 tune, but not every fuel station has 93. Most all have 91.

Everything I have accumulated over the last year is being put on the car this week....4.10s , new staggered fr's , caster camber plates, Eibach springs, Trickflow tb and plenum, 24# injectors, new plugs, x2 ball joints, BBK x-pipe, etc....can't wait to drive it after all the new stuff is installed.
