My car is usually running low 30s at idle and WOT goes to low/mid 50s

Mines usually around 30-35psi idling and more around 35-40 during normal driving. I never watch it during full throttle to busy watching other stuff. Lol.

Fuel pressure at idle should be 40-70 psi.
The fuel system should hold pressure for five minutes with less than 5 psi loss from indicated operating pressure.

I'm not sure that there is a specification for WOT. I don't see one in my manual anyways.

So what could be causing my idle to be lower than normal? Dirty injectors? Clogged filter?

Disconnect the IAC and see if there is any difference in the idle.

And definitely change the fuel filter if you haven't already done so.
That should be done as a matter of course when replacing the fuel pump.

So switched out the filter. It runs great 70% of the time but sometimes still turns off. what do you guys think? I'm going to check my pressure again tomorrow.

Maybe bad gas? Or dirt clogged up at the injectors.. Best to see what the pressure is doing. Could be the fuel pump. I've seen brand new good brand name parts fail many times!
