Power steering leak

I have a 2002 Mustang GT. I have a power steering leak. It isn't a very bad leak. I have to top it off once a week, uses about a quart a month. From looking under the car, the only place I can find that could be a leak is where the steering shaft connects to the rack. I do not have the rubber (plastic?) piece that I highlighted in the pictures. The fluid pools up in that spot and drips/runs down. That is the only spot I have been able to find a leak at. I can't seem to find this part or even the name of it anywhere. I am assuming that is the culprit.

I have filled it with power steering fluid, automatic transmission fluid, and also used No Leak power steering stop leak. The No Leak drastically cut down the fluid loss but I guess it has ran through now and the leak is back to how it was before.

Thanks!

It could be, that's why I am asking.

My power steering pump doesn't whine at all. It has whined once or twice before but that's because it was low on fluid caused by the leak. The steering wheel isn't very stiff or shaky

I never had any issues that i noticed, like stiff steering or anything; mine had always had really quick, responsive steering.
When I went to get my airbag recall done, I found out about it.
I dunno how long my pump was leaking tho.

Both of you should clean up the power steering fluid mess with some Simple Green so that you can determine exactly where the leak is coming from.
If your steering rack is the source, OP, you will likely need to replace the rack.
