I have a 1996 mustang GT with 99-04 heads, stage 1 comp cam, bbk headers, bbk intake and k&n, rebuilt engine. Im looking at getting stage 5 comp cams and buying the valve springs, retainers, and adjustable cam gears that american muscle.com says that is recommended. I need input. Should i get them?
You're gonna knock a hole in the piston with valves that open that much. Also your stock heads won't flow enough to really use all the duration. Stick to your existing cams until you can get heads and pistons to match the wild cam listed.
